Mother Crone’s Homeschool

About

Mother Crone's HomeschoolI am the mother of two wonderful children, ages 12 & 15, that I have been homeschooling using a blend of Charlotte Mason and unit studies for ten years. My hubby is a terrific dad, contractor and big kid, and we also have two furry, four-legged children others would call “dogs.” I am a total crafty mama, trying my hand at almost anything, and enjoying most.

You can also find me blogging at Homeschool Hacks.

  3. Hi Mother Crone!

I’m part of a new site, Readsake.com, offering free children’s books and coloring pages. The purpose of the site is to promote quality time between parents and their children. Parents can make personalized books by replacing the default pictures and character names with ones tailored to their kids. They can also print coloring pages for free – no more buying coloring books! The site allows for user pages which friends and relatives can visit to print their children’s pictures and books. All of this for free!

The concept, of free children’s books and coloring pages, seems to be especially timely considering the tough economic situation many are in now.

    Thanks!
    Ryan
